(1) Vendor needs to provide physician services to the government authority located in Radcliff, KY. • Physicians shall provide services to the veteran’s center to include evaluation and management of patient medical care for scheduled and acute encounters.• Accepting responsibility for initial and subsequent veteran care• Supporting discharges and transfers• Making periodic, pertinent patient visits in the facility• Providing appropriate veteran care• Providing appropriate, timely medical orders• Providing appropriate, timely, and pertinent documentation• Maintaining appropriate conduct and compliance• Assess new admissions in a timely fashion according to individual’s medical stability• Examine a medically unstable individual within 24 hours of admission(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 18, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for two years.
