(1) Vendor needs to provide website development and maintenance service. – Provide build and maintain the website using a database system for backend data management and automation, and a website/app building platform to display and manage user access.– Provide website will serve as a central platform for county and website development team members supporting the grant project, community engagement staff and workforce members at relevant partner agencies, as well as community members.– Integrated Referral System Portal:• Enhance accessibility and responsiveness by ensuring users can self–refer or be referred by providers to the appropriate services.• Track referrals and service utilization, allowing for better coordination between providers and reducing service gaps.• Ensure those co–served across multiple systems (e.g., child welfare, juvenile justice, runaway youth services, and homeless youth services) are connected with appropriate support.• Provide case tracking and follow–up notifications to ensure continuity of care.– Internal Collaboration for County and Website Development Staff:• Identify relevant training programs, plan and schedule training sessions, track registrations and attendance.• Enable real–time collaborative communication among team members to streamline project updates and task management.– Public–Facing Resource Directory:• Building off of existing databases, the county and website development team will work together to create a searchable, sortable, and filterable directory of local resources and programs.– Enhanced Agency Collaboration and Communications:• Allowing agencies to submit upcoming training sessions via a form, which will then be added to a unified registration system and training calendar.• Providing a repository for communications and media campaigns, including health communication toolkits, outreach materials, and social marketing efforts.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
