(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet space needs assessment study services to the government authority located in Greer, SC.– Architectural/engineering firms experienced in the programming, design, and development of government facilities– Using staffing projections and facility information provided by the City, the consultant will develop a Space Needs Analysis Report that addresses:• Assessment of current Fleet Maintenance operations, space use, and deficiencies• Identification of space requirements for a new stand–alone facility– Space Efficiency and Deficiencies Review existing workflows and identify efficiency improvements or layout adjustments that could delay or reduce construction needs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
