(1) Vendor needs to provide body–worn camera system pilot program services to the government authority located in Newton, MA.– Provide a turnkey body–worn camera and digital evidence management solution supporting twenty–four (24) sworn officers for a one–year pilot deployment• Twenty–four (24) body–worn camera devices• Mounting accessories and peripherals• Charging and docking equipment• Cloud–based digital evidence management platform• Software licensing and subscriptions• Secure compliant evidence storage• Administrative and supervisory tools• Body Worn Camera Specifications within industry standards for size and weight• Wide angle camera lens (min. 160 degree)• Automated Transcription of all video available for review• Translation and multilingual communication functionality without need for additional hardware.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
