(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and construction inspection services to the government authority located in Seguin, TX. – Construction management, inspection services, and geotechnical engineering quality assurances for the road extension project.– Providing daily project construction management, direction, and oversight of contractor activities; problem resolution; inspection and coordinating testing services.– Creating, documenting, and attaining all required documents, records, and reports required for projects.– Monitor and ensure compliance with project schedule.– Responsible for communications with adjacent property owners and businesses.– Evaluate any contractor claim; negotiate and resolve claim issues.– Monitor plan quantities to project possible work item overruns.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
