(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance billing, claims administration and credentialing support service. – Provide full–service insurance billing, claims administration, and credentialing support for counseling services covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance carriers.– Vendor will oversee end–to–end billing operations and maintain provider credentialing and compliance for all clinical staff.– Retrieve and review weekly billing reports, verify service accuracy, and prepare claims for submission.– Review denied or rejected claims, determine corrective action, communicate with NFS as needed, and resubmit claims.– Maintain a comprehensive claims spreadsheet documenting submissions, adjudication outcomes, denials, secondary processing, client responsibility, invoicing, and follow–ups.– Determine patient responsibility after insurance processing, issue invoices, and update client balances.– Identify secondary insurance requirements, track and review secondary payments, and invoice remaining balances as appropriate.– Ensure accurate, up–to–date documentation of all billing activities, including submissions, payments, denials, corrections, invoicing, and reconciliation.– Track each credentialing application through completion, respond to carrier requests, and maintain compliance with recredentialing schedules.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
