Aufgrund der steigenden Schülerzahlen plant die Stadt Grevenbroich die Erweiterung der Grundschule Grevenbroich-Gustorf. Im Wesentlichen umfasst dies den Anbau einer Mensa inkl. Küchen- und Nebenräumen. Zudem werden die angrenzenden WC-Anlagen entkernt und der Grundriss neu organisiert. Hierfür wird die Fachplanung (Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung) nach § 55 HOAI für die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 sowie für bestimmte besondere Leistungen in den Anlagengruppen 1 – 3 und den technischen Anlagen in den Außenanlagen gesucht. Kostenschätzung ALG 1-3 inkl. KG 550: 550.000 Euro (netto).
