Consultant for Program Oversight of Head Start Program

BVCAP Board of Directors is seeking a Program Oversight Consultant who can Monitor compliance of the Head Start Act and the Head Start Performance Standards. Qualified applicants must have strong communication and narrative writing skills, the ability to collect relevant data as well as synthesize and analyze information that evaluates the quality, compliance, mitigates risk. Consultants will develop accurate projections of delegate’s administrative, fiscal, management, and governance systems for both the Head Start Program and the Early Head Start Program. Consultants will report directly to BVCAP Board of Directors any findings and recommendations. Deliverables include three (3) comprehensive program oversight reports, due spring, summer and fall of each contract year.
