Notice Inviting Bids - Street Rehabilitation Program Project No. 22/23-9271

The City of San Marino invites sealed bids for the Street Rehabilitation Program Project No. 22/23-9271, and will receive such bids via the City's OpenGov portal up to the time of 2:00 PM on July 15, 2024, at which time the bids will be unsealed and the results publicly viewable. Bids received after the time and date for the bid opening will not be accepted. Potential respondents should subscribe to the City's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofsanmarino . Upon logging into the portal and navigating to this Project, the potential respondent can "Follow" this Project to have their names placed on the Followers List for this Project, which will be used for the distribution of notifications regarding any and all Addendum/Addenda or Notifications issued by City. Potential respondents are therefore encouraged to electronically "follow" this Project as soon as possible. Failure to follow this Project on the City's OpenGov Procurement portal shall constitute a presumption of receipt and election to not respond to this Notice Inviting Bids, and the party’s name will not appear on the Followers List.
