(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical rotation scheduling software. – Agency is interested in a scheduling platform that supports structured student scheduling, lottery release, post–lottery changes, approval workflows, departmental administration, enrolment safeguards, and reporting.– The solution should support efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and configurable controls for clinical rotation scheduling.– Functional Capabilities:• Student Scheduling and Lottery Release• Approval Workflow and Routing• Drop/Add, Lockout, and Exception Requests• Scheduling Rules and Safeguards• Course Availability and Sister Course Logic• Content, Documents, Exports, and Reporting– Technical Requirements• System Architecture and Hosting• Security, Privacy, and Compliance• Identity, Integration, and Data Exchange – Implementation, Support and Training• Provide an implementation approach, including discovery, configuration, testing, migration/import, training, go–live support, and post–go–live optimization.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
