(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid eyewear program services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.– Provide eyeglasses to Medicaid recipients.• Provide a selection of frames suitable for men, women, teens, and children.• Furnishing and designate lenses made of, plastic, glass, and polycarbonate. • Submitting a firm and fixed single quoted price for all V2020 frames. • Verifying recipient eligibility and eyeglass benefit limits using Medicaid’s fiscal agent contractor system • Communicating directly with eye care providers in resolving billing questions or issues regarding frames and lenses prior to requesting an administrative review. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
