(1) Vendor needs to provide server and network infrastructure upgrade service to the government authority located in Kalispell, MT. – Provide a complete seven–node hyperconverged compute–cluster hardware solution and the redundant network fabric required to operate it. – Agency requires a new seven–node Proxmox/Ceph compute cluster to support County virtual infrastructure, operational continuity, and foreseeable expansion.– Deliver seven identical compute nodes with category–by–category performance and capacity equal to or better than the stated requirements.• Seven identically configured 1U compute nodes.• At least 100 TB raw enterprise NVMe per node, with approximately 120–130 TB or more preferred.• Four active, identical 100 GbE fabric switches, each with at least 32 usable 100 GbE ports.• One identical cold–spare 100 GbE fabric switch.• One 48–port 1/10/25 GbE top–of–rack switch with at least eight 40/100 GbE uplink ports.• One additional matching top–of–rack switch as a separately priced optional alternate.• All node NICs, risers, adapters, rails, optics, transceivers, breakouts, DACs/AOCs, fiber, patch cables, power cords, and ancillary hardware.• All hardware–embedded or perpetual licenses required to operate the delivered switches and management functions.• Five years of 8x5 next–business–day hardware–replacement support for the compute nodes and the base top–of–rack switch.• Freight, packaging, insurance in transit, and delivery.• Documentation, serial–number inventory, firmware information, health evidence, and support registration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
