Description
Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services, in coordination with Zone 7 staff to complete a wholesale treated water rate study to set rates for calendar years 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030. In addition, the consultant shall complete an untreated water rate study to set rates for calendar year 2027 or multiple years, if determined to be feasible Proposals must be submitted through the E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/zone7water , no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date .
