(1) Vendor needs to provide space leased services to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL. – Agency uses shall include teaching, lab simulations, general office, administrative, and related uses as necessary for operation. – Provide a location to operate the above uses with adequate access and parking. – The proposed Premises shall include a minimum of 20,000 – 25,000 ± contiguous rentable square feet.• Delineation of space:– Lobby / Reception Area – Large enough for a reception desk– Standard Offices – 10 standard offices to accommodate 1 staff person each (approx. 120 square feet each).– 10 Classrooms– 2–3 Laboratories– Collaborative / Open Space – Area adequate to accommodate 10 – 12 person working stations.– 1 Medium Conference Room – Large enough to accommodate up to 8–10 people around a table.– Kitchen / Break Room – Seating for up to 6 people – with large refrigerator, counters, microwave, sink, and counter height seating option (no stove required).– Male/Female/Gender Neutral Restrooms per code.– 2 Large Storage Closets– Copy Machine/Supplies Room and separate IT Closet.– Window shades / blinds in all areas with windows.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
