IFB 8410-R-2020MS-Vehicle and Autobody Repair Services:

The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking responsive and responsible Contractors to provide Vehicle and Autobody Repair Services according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The term of the resulting contract shall be for five (5) years. The City intends to make the award to multiple responsive and responsible Contractors with first-class professional workmanship in auto body painting and repairing/ fabricating when necessary. The scope of these services includes vehicles that are 1000 lbs. gross vehicle weight (“GVW”), up to Class 8 greater than 33,001 GVW. The City shall strive to equally distribute the assignments on a rotating basis. The City reserves the right to perform in-house body shop services as deemed necessary. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
