(1) Vendor needs to provide special counsel professional services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.• Represent the City, as directed by the City Attorney, in tax foreclosure matters andmatters arising out of such foreclosure matters, including appeals thereof andbankruptcy challenges.• Appear in state and/or federal court• Provide guidance, periodic updates and make recommendations to the City Attorneyand the City, as directed by the City Attorney; and• Attend meetings as requested and other such actions related to foreclosure actions(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
