CLEANING-14430 - USA (Salina, Kansas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline December 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Salina, KS. – There is approximately 8,800 square feet of cleanable area. The 8,800 square feet, all is hard floor surface (LVP product) with a few areas of rugs at two (2) primary entrances.– Services shall be performed as indicated in the following frequency schedule, twice weekly on days to be determined by the successful bidder. Proposals for once/week service will be considered if proposal addresses this in the frequency schedule and workplan proposal. Services scheduled to be performed weekly (Monday through Sunday) shall be performed after normal business hours (8:00 am CST – 5:00 pm CST).(2) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
