Category A – Cultural Assessment, Analysis, and OD Plans• Implementation of all plans and interventions. • Design processes and prioritize working with equity, inclusion, belonging, and well–being considerations and approaches. • Conduct needs analyses and gap assessments• Review any existing data, including engagement surveys.• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.• Design data collection instruments.• Conduct surveys, interviews, focus groups, and listening sessions.• Present findings, develop reports, and disseminate information.• Co–create organizational development intervention plans.B.
