DSS ADA RESTROOM PROJECT

Franklin County, Virginia (the “County”) invites sealed bids from qualified, properly licensed contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, inspections, testing, disposal, and incidentals necessary to construct a turnkey accessible restroom at the Franklin County Department of Social Services building. The work shall comply with the Contract Documents and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and accessibility requirements.This solicitation uses competitive sealed bidding. Any resulting award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to available funding, required approvals, and the County’s right to reject bids or waive informalities as permitted by law.
