DRA-11335 - USA (Queens, New York) - Supplemental Topographic and Utility Survey, Overhead Sign Structure Survey, Soil Boring Staking Service - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental topographic and utility survey, overhead sign structure survey, soil boring staking service to the government authority located in Queens, NY.– The selected Subcontractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, and equipment for the Survey and Associated agency Services1. Project Preparation & Coordination• Review agency existing survey model, conceptual plans, draft design report, traffic study, and related documents.• Identify locations needing supplemental field coverage.• Coordination with HDR PM, agency and agency teams.2. Supplemental Topographic Survey (Primary Task)– Surveyor will provide their own agency for all survey tasks.– Survey will augment the existing model and fill in missing or outdated areas, including:• Pavement edges, spot elevations, lane striping, barriers, guiderails.• Drainage structures and invert elevations (where accessible).• Visible utilities and utility appurtenances (manholes, valves, pull boxes)– Provide mapping based on surface features and record plans/utility plates• Bridge/structure features where relevant to the Exit 10 E–W area (minimum vertical clearance under bridges/structures)• Terrain/DTM breaklines along ramps, C–D road, and adjacent slopes.3. Overhead Sign Structure Survey (OHSS)– At each identified agency location:• Full topographic detail around the sign foundation(s).• Cross–sections at each sign structure within the project limits, extending to appropriate edges of pavement and right–of–way limits.• Utility features near foundations or proposed sign relocations.• High–accuracy structural tie–downs (bolt patterns, pedestal center, offsets).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
