(1) Vendor needs to provide health care provider network and prior authorization services to the government authority located in California.• Provide a Health Care Provider Network of community–based specialty medical services providers• Use a system that will integrate claims so that the claims paid match the services authorized.• Use a system that can integrate with the electronic medical records system.• Ensure prior authorization system complies with Information Technology requirements.• Customize prior authorization parameters throughout the life of the contract if necessary.• Ensure that providers and vendors are educated on the proper process for requesting or fulfilling requested services.• Report on comparative effectiveness, provider utilization profiling, quality of care benchmarks, and other metrics as requested.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
