(1) Vendor needs to provide speech therapy, occupational therapy or physical therapy, and teaching of the visually impaired services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.1. Speech–language pathologist:– Provide contract services for students ages 2–22 in educational settings; services may occur in schools, homes, satellite locations, or other approved settings and may require travel between sites.– Provide speech–language therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), applicable licensure requirements, and all state and federal regulations.– Provide direct and consultative services as determined by student needs and IEP requirements.2. Occupational therapist, certified occupational therapy assistant, physical therapist, and physical therapist assistant:– Provide contract services for students ages 2–22 in educational settings; services may occur in schools, homes, satellite locations, or other approved settings and may require travel between sites.– Provide occupational and/or physical therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), applicable licensure requirements, and all state and federal regulations.3. Teacher of the visually impaired and orientation and mobility specialist:– Provide contract services for students ages 2–22 with visual impairments in educational settings; services may occur in schools, homes, community–based settings, satellite locations, or other approved settings and may require travel between sites.– Provide vision education and/or orientation and mobility services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), applicable licensure or certification requirements, and all state and federal regulations.– Provide direct and consultative services as determined by student needs and IEP requirements, including collaboration with general and special education staff and families as appropriate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
