(1) Vendor needs to provide video server upgrade services to the government authority located in Hastings, MI.– Two enterprise–grade video recording servers.– Raw Storage Capacity: 160 TB raw storage configured for enterprise IP video retention. – Network Connectivity: Dual SFP+ optical ports (10GbE) for high–bandwidth camera stream ingest and network redundancy. – Form Factor & Power: Rack–mountable enclosure with redundant, hot–swappable power supplies. – Operating System / VMS: Pre–configured OS/VMS integration compatible with the district’s existing security management infrastructure. – Licensing Costs Included: Annual licensing costs must be included in proposals – multi–year options will be considered.
