(1) Vendor needs to provide exclusive concession service to the government authority located in Farmington, NM. – Provide concession stand management, food and beverage sales, and related services at city–owned athletic facilities.– Operate concession services in a professional, safe, customer–focused, and financially responsible manner that enhances the experience of athletes, spectators, tournament organizers, and visitors.– Provide sufficient staffing levels to meet customer demand and minimize wait times.– Menu of food and beverage items appropriate for athletic and family–oriented venues at reasonable prices must be offered.– Provide healthy food and beverage options where feasible.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
