Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain a qualified Contractor to provide printed envelopes, in the estimated quantities indicated, for the Loudoun County Treasurer’s Office as contained herein. The successful bidder shall be capable of delivering the printed envelopes within seven (7) to ten (10) calendar days after receipt of order for all camera-ready materials and ten (10) to fourteen (14) calendar days for all non-camera ready materials. Bidders who cannot meet the delivery requirements should not respond to this Invitation. Quantities on the pricing page depict the County’s estimated annual requirements. These quantities may be ordered at one time or as needed by Treasurer’s Office.
