EXTRA-73897 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Holiday Lighting Installation, Maintenance and Strike Services - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday lighting installation, maintenance and strike services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide professional lighting installation services on an annual basis to support across a range of event configurations, including programs held indoors and outdoors in both conventional and nonconventional spaces.– Events and experience produce longhorn lights, an annual large–scale holiday lighting activation.– Activation is a temporary lighting installation wrapped and hung from the heritage oak trees lining.– The following are strictly prohibited: cutting, trimming, or removal of any branches; use of staples, nails, screws, or any penetrating fasteners to affix lighting strands or any other materials to trees; and any other action that could compromise the health, structure, or root systems of the trees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
