(1) Vendor needs to provide american sign language services. – American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and communication access services to support residents, staff, and visitors.– To provide accommodations to residents on a scheduled as well as an on–call basis that shall include evenings, weekends, holidays and emergencies.– Provide services on a fixed schedule with daily hours varying from 5 ½ – 8 ½ per day.– Must be available on–call after normal hours as needed.– Provide accurate sign language interpreting between staff and subject residents, some of which will be confidential in nature. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
