(1) Vendor needs to provide agricultural education facility construction services to the government authority located in Portales, NM. – Construction type is planned to be steel–frame supported by spread and continuous footings with slab–on–grade.– Construction work including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical Work and for furnishing of all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary.– Design parameters for floor slab construction are presented below.– Construction services for the construction of a new agricultural education building located.– Proper drainage should be provided during construction and in the final design.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.
