(1) Vendor needs to provide AV services to the government authority located in Everett, WA.– Provide all rental audio and visual equipment, set up and test equipment before, operate the equipment during, and take down equipment after the Conference. – Set–up may start from 1:00 p.m. on the day before the conference and be removed by 6:30 p.m. Technical rehearsals can be scheduled for 7:00 a.m. on event day.– Presenters may be bringing their own laptops to hook–up to the equipment. – There will be two rooms with a 4–person panel, each room needing a microphone for each panel member. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
