(1) Vendor needs to provide building inspection and condition assessment services to the government authority located in DeFuniak Springs, FL.– Conduct a visual, non–destructive inspection of the facility and evaluate the general condition of the building and major building components, including:• Structural elements: foundation, framing, load–bearing walls, and load–bearing components• Roof system and drainage• Exterior walls and building envelope• Interior walls, ceilings, and flooring• HVAC systems• Electrical systems• Plumbing systems• Doors and windows• Evidence of water intrusion, moisture damage, or structural distress• General life–safety observations– Existing conditions floor plan– Prepare a simplified floor plan drawing.– Written assessment report.
