(1) Vendor needs to provide naming rights services.• Evaluate existing asset inventory and service programs. Classify, value, and prioritize naming rights and sponsorship opportunities.• Identify and target business categories for solicitation.• Develop a strategic plan for pursuing naming rights and sponsorship agreements that maximize revenue for the authority.• Design and implement a comprehensive naming rights and presenting sponsorship program.• Create and execute a marketing plan to promote and secure naming rights and sponsorships.• Assist in evaluating proposals received by the authority.• Support promotional initiatives designed to meet sponsor objectives.• Act as liaison between the authority and prospective sponsors to ensure successful outcomes.• Coordinate sponsor logistics including logo files, brand guidelines, and implementation of agreed upon sponsorship terms.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 30, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for seven years.
