(1) Vendor needs to provide city–wide bicycle master plan and non–motorized transportation plan service to the government authority located in Walnut, CA. – The City–Wide Bicycle Master Plan is to evaluate the City’s existing bicycle facilities and determine whether additional bicycle lanes or other bikeway improvements may be appropriate throughout the community.– The Plan will identify connectivity gaps, evaluate bicycle safety conditions, assess bicycle demand, and develop recommendations for future bicycle infrastructure improvements.– The Non–Motorized Transportation Plan will improve connectivity, accessibility, safety, mobility, and recreational opportunities while complementing existing transportation infrastructure and future development.– Kick–Off Meeting– Existing Conditions Analysis– Public Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement– Bikeway Needs Assessment and Recommendations– Draft and Final City–Wide Bicycle Master Plan– Non–Motorized Transportation Network (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
