(1) Vendor needs to provide hospital beds maintenance, repairs and installation service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.• Services to include but not limited to:a) Hill–Rom Holdings Inc. Beds1. Check air mattress blower filters and replace if necessary.2. Calibrat3 the built–in weight scale system using calibrated weights to prevent diagnostic errors.3. Inspect the SideCom and SafeView communication modules. Test the nurse–call connection, Wi–Fi alerts, and bed–exit alarm.4. Inspect high–wear components such as motor start capacitors and motor couplers, and replace if necessary.b) Getinge AB Beds1. Hospital beds utilizing hydraulic or column–driven lifts, inspection for fluid leaks or uneven synchronization during height adjustments.2. Inspect fifth–wheel tracking systems and central braking mechanics. Clean debris from the steering casters to ensure ease of transport.3. Validate that the mattress integrated pressure–sensing software communicates seamlessly with the bed’s frame control unit.• Gendron, Inc. Beds1. Inspect the heavy–duty welds, expandable deck wings, and structural frame elements for bowing or structural distortion.2. Monitor motor temperatures during operation. High–torque bariatric actuators must be cleared of dust to prevent overheating under heavy loads.3. Verify that caster lock–mechanisms engage completely. Flat spots on heavy–duty wheels must be addressed immediately to ensure stable braking.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
