DISPOS-9350 - USA (Tavares, Florida) - Residential Waste Cart Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential waste cart services to the government authority located in Tavares, FL.• Contractor will determine the number of carts that can be scheduled per day• Contractor shall take photos upon arrival at the scheduled delivery / removal location that document the removal and delivery of carts.  • Disposal/Recycling/Repurposing of carts. – A list will be provided with the contact information of the agency Solid Waste hauler that has the collection area that the contractor is working. Old carts will be brought to the hauler’s facility when needed.  – Old bear carts collected by contractor shall be brought to the Central Facility in Tavares and left with the County in a designated area. – County prefers contractor to recycle the rejected carts to a recycling facility, provided the contractor provides the recycler’s information and tonnages to the County.   – As a last resort, if garbage and recycling carts collected by the contractor are not repurposed with a garbage hauler or recycled, carts will be disposed of in a designated area at the County’s Central Facility in agency. – Contractor may also be asked to build new carts for delivery. – This additional service may not be required and will be a separate charge.–  Contractor shall provide needed tools for County supplied carts.– County will provide an area for assembly and storage. – Number of carts assembled will be limited to available storage space with a preference to build as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026
