902717 RFP Mobile Health Vehicles

It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe mobile health vehicles being requested by the County. The County intends to award a three (3) year contract (with the option to renew for two [2] years) to a pool of up to four (4) Bidders selected as the most responsive and responsible Bidders whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the County’s requirements. Total cost, turnaround time, and the Contractor’s specific expertise will be the determining factors in Alameda County’s selection when mobile vehicles are required. Alameda County retains sole discretion to assign Contractors for vehicle purchases. No minimum or maximum payments are guaranteed or implied for any Contractor within the pool.
