Financing for Sports Lighting - City Park and Mineral Palace

The City of Pueblo ("City") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to select a qualified financial firm to enter into a five or possibly seven-year tax-exempt municipal lease/purchase agreement for the acquisition and installation of multiple light-structure systems: two in various City Park ballfields and one at the Mineral Palace Pickleball Courts. A schedule of equipment is attached as Attachment B. Proposer shall furnish all personnel, supervision, and management necessary to provide these financial services. A scored evaluation will be conducted for each submittal and award will be made to the Proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most financially advantageous to the City of Pueblo considering the evaluation factors set forth in the Evaluation Criteria.
