EDUCATION-18492 - USA (New Haven, Connecticut) - Fire Training Staff Promotional Exam Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire training staff promotional exam service to the government authority located in New Haven, CT. – To develop, validate, administer and score promotional exam processes for Fire Training Ranks.– Consultant will conduct a job analysis to determine the comprehensive range of aptitudes, skill, abilities and other traits that will identify candidates best suited for the positions being examined. – Consultant will provide exam development of any and all products or services recommended as components appropriate for use in each selection process. – Consultant will develop and provide appropriate candidate preparation resources relative to all testing components of each selection process. – Consultant will provide any and all materials, written or otherwise, associated with any and all products or services recommended as components appropriate for use in each selection process. – In the use of a proposed oral or assessment exam, Consultant will administer the exam by video recording and capture all responses by video recording and then seek, secure and train assessors in conducting and/or scoring the exam off–site. – Consultant will score and analyze any and all test components utilizing scoring methodologies appropriate to each component, and which reduce subgroup differences and take into account the psychometric power of each component used. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
