(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm monitoring services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Provide 24–hour monitoring of fire alarm system through Underwriter Laboratory (UL) listed central monitoring station.– Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting problems with the fire alarm system. – Provide annual testing of the fire alarm system, including all devices to include the scale house building.– Replace system batteries annually.– Provide preventative maintenance services to check on false alarms due to bad sensors in the security alarm.– Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting problems with the fire alarm system. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid walk–through will be held on August 12, 2026.
