(1) Vendor needs to provide background check and financial screening services to the government authority located in St. Paul, MN. • Provide background check and financial screening services through a secure web–based online system for all positions at the agency. – Criminal background check– National sex offender registry check– Social security and address verifications– Education verification– Employment verification– Professional license verification– Driver license verification/motor vehicles records– Credit reports • Types of background checks:– Employment verification including dates of employment, job title, and reason for leaving for the last seven (7) years.– Federal criminal check including states where applicant currently and previously lived or worked within the last 10 years.– Reference checks including more in–depth reference check on position responsibilities, performance, eligibility for rehire and other detailed information.– Social Security verification.– Highest level of education completed.– Certifications and licenses.– Agency criminal record search of the current or several counties of residence, employment and academic attendance within the last 10 years.– National sex offender registry checks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 22, 2026.
