(1) Vendor needs to provide management and operation services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Full day–to–day leadership, management and operation of the agency, including food and beverage, event execution, and facility maintenance.• Preparation and administration of an Annual Business Plan, including an operating budget, a schedule of staff compensation for Town approval, capital expenditure recommendations, apreventive maintenance and replacement plan, and a community programming budget, subject to Town review and approval.• Food, beverage, and catering services for events at the agency and for meetings and events at other locations (as needed), including menu development and pricing, staffing, equipment, food safety, and all required licenses and permits for on–site and off–site service• Planning and delivery of events after contracting and handoff from the Sales Director, including pre–event coordination with clients(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2026.
