• Expectations:– Experience with qualitative data analysis using NVivo, including coding large–scale datasets (such as survey data) to parent and child codes.– Preferred: knowledge of more advanced NVivo features (matrix coding queries and case classifications).– Detail–oriented approach to coding and qualitative analysis, ensuring consistency and accuracy of coding.– Strong analytical skills with experience synthesizing large amounts of data.– Subject–matter interest in political news, electoral candidates, public policy, and/or youth voter turnout.– Note: Organization has a no AI policy. Consultants must commit to not use AI for the duration of the project.
