(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based housing analytics software.– Requires a specialized web–based data analytics and visualization platform to track, assess, and forecast residential rental inventory and tenant occupancy dynamics capable of providing real time reports.– System must maximize user efficiency by requiring little to no formal technical training, optimizing navigation velocity, and utilizing a simplified workflow that allows staff to pull critical data instantly for up to two users.– Users must be able to execute quick queries and generate complete visual maps and baseline data metrics in real time.– Allow users to rapidly jump between individual property profiles and macro submarket trends without losing their place, requiring page refreshes, or forcing them to reset active filters.– Provide a web–based geographic information system (GIS) mapping interface mapping all multi–family rental assets and secondary assets.– Platform must track the prevalence and type of active concessions across submarkets expressed as a percentage of gross rent.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
