Vendor needs to provide compensation study services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The Agency currently has sixty–seven (67) budgeted full–time employees filling sixty–two position classifications.– Eight of those positions are classified as Senior Management level positions– Employees are organized into six (7) divisions: Office of the Executive Director/CEO, Office of Administration, Office of Financial Management, Office of the General Counsel, Multifamily Lending and Neighborhood Investments, Portfolio and Asset Management, and Single–Family Programs. – To ensure continued market competitiveness and pay equity, the Agency conducts a comprehensive compensation study every three years, with the most recent study completed in 2023.• Project initiation and planning• Data collection and review• Job analysis and position benchmarking• Market compensation analysis• Internal equity assessment• Compensation structure evaluation• Recommendations and strategy development• Financial impact analysis• Presentation of findings
