(1) Vendor needs to provide english language arts professional development structure services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.– At least three coaches to provide approximately 63 in–person coaching/professional development days ranging in times from 8:00 – 4:30 PM throughout the 26/27 SY.– Modelling English Language Arts instruction: demonstrate high–quality Reading and Writing Workshop instruction in classrooms while teachers observe, including but not limited to mini–lessons, small–group instruction, and conferring.– Facilitating Professional Learning Communities (PLCs): Lead structured PLC sessions focused on areas such as analysing student work, planning responsive instruction, studying instructional practices, and building teacher capacity.– Plan and align coaching cycles, professional development sessions, and instructional priorities in close coordination with the district’s 4–8 English Language Arts Content Supervisors.
