PPEA - Ecological Enhancements to Environmental Resources

The City of Newport News (the “City”) has received and accepted an unsolicited proposal under the provisions of the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA) for a public private partnership. In accordance with the procedures adopted by the City of Newport News and the provisions of the PPEA, other interested firms or entities are invited to submit a competing proposal for the project for simultaneous consideration related to the project identified herein. Competing proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), through 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). Unsolicited proposals submitted pursuant to this notice hereby incorporate the procedures outlined in City of Newport News Resolution No. 11997-10 and titled Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002, Model Guidelines for the City of Newport News revised May 3, 201 0. These guidelines are attached herein in the Attachments section as Attachment B.
