(1) Vendor needs to provide target retrieval system.– Demolition & Removal: Complete uninstallation, removal, site cleanup, and proper off–site disposal of eighteen (18) existing Action Target retrieval systems.– Overhead Target Retrieval System: Supply, delivery, installation, and integration ofeighteen (18) self–propelled, battery–powered, wireless overhead target carriers and tracksystems.– Running Man Target System: Supply, delivery, installation, and integration of one (1)self–propelled, battery–powered, wireless dual running man target system.– Commissioning & Training: On–site system calibration, operational testing, andcomplete training for Department of Public Safety personnel.– Warranty & Service Agreement: A three (3) year full manufacturer/vendor warranty anda three (3) year annual preventive maintenance agreement.– Documentation: Supply two (2) physical sets and one (1) digital copy of completeOperations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.– Both the primary overhead target retrieval system and the “running man“ target system MUST employ self–propelled, battery–powered, wireless target carriers.• Technical Specifications• Drive System: Self–contained, self–propelled, wireless target carrier operating ona square–profile overhead monorail track. Motive power supplied by two (2) direct–drive DC motors (12V, 8 Amp, 1200 RPM).• Position Monitoring: Linear positional accuracy controlled via an on–board digitalencoder mounted to an idler wheel, measuring relative carrier position and speed.• Power Source: Powered by removable 20V (5.0 Ah) Lithium–Ion rechargeablebattery. The carrier must automatically recharge via integrated charging contactorswhen parked at the home (firing line) station. Includes an off–rail battery charger.• Battery Performance: Minimum battery capacity supporting up to 10 carriermovements (minimum 25 yards each) per hour over a 10–hour duration on a singlecharge.
