(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide polling place accessibility review services to the government authority located in Madison, WI. – Conducting accessibility reviews of polling places for more than 15 years.– Reviews are only conducted on election days, both regularly scheduled and special elections.– Program requires a reviewer to visit 10–15 polling places on election day and complete a survey at each location. – Ensure that staff are available on election days.– Provide operational efficiencies and growth opportunities in the provision of program services and reviewer capabilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
