(1) Vendor needs to provide new football concession stand supplies with ADA–compliant restrooms to the government authority located in Espanola, NM. – Design as required, manufacture, deliver, install, connect, test, commission, and provide a complete portable or modular football concession stand with ADA–compliant public restrooms.– Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, engineering, coordination, permits, inspections, foundations or anchoring, utility connections, accessibility components, testing, and closeout documentation reasonably necessary for a complete project.– The bidder shall determine and propose an appropriate size and configuration based on the functional requirements, anticipated high–volume athletic–event use, applicable occupancy and plumbing requirements, accessibility, health requirements, equipment clearances, storage, and safe staff or public circulation.– Concession operations:– Minimum four (4) exterior concession service windows suitable for high–volume event operations.– Public restrooms:– Facility shall include public restroom facilities sized and configured for the proposed design and anticipated athletic–event use.– Accessibility:– Accessible route to and within the facility.– Accessible entrance, doors, thresholds, manoeuvring clearances, and hardware.– Building construction:– Commercial/institutional–grade portable or modular construction intended for long–term public–school use.– Weather–resistant exterior envelope and durable roofing system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
