CONS-23417 - USA (Falls Church, Virginia) - Architectural Engineering Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural engineering services to the government authority located in Falls Church, VA. – The total scope of work shall cover all phases of design and construction and include creating a complete set of contract documents for a renovation on the existing site considering programming, preliminary conceptual plans, field surveys of the existing conditions. – Provide phasing plans that allow for meeting the substantial completion date while allowing for full school operations to continue throughout the school year.– The design development process may involve and require coordination for specific areas of expertise such as water distribution systems, water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, land development and site planning, resource studies and permitting, transportation design and management of the design and permitting process. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid site walk will be held on August 28, 2026.
