Description
The Village of Schaumburg is obtains all of its potable water supply from Lake Michigan through NSMJAWA via the City of Chicago. One of the conditions for the use of lake water is to limit unaccounted for water (water loss) to less than 10% of the total water use. In order to help meet this goal, the Village has a large water meter test and repair program. The intent of these specifications is to obtain sealed bids for the large water meter (1½" and greater) portion of this test and repair program.
